Monday – Thursday: 0800 – 1700 Friday: 0800 – 1500 Front Desk (already scheduled APPTS ONLY) Training holidays - 0900 - 1500 (routine appointments only) - Lab, Pharmacy, Medical Readiness, and Radiology are closed for lunch from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.

If you go to a German clinic or hospital without a referral, you must contact the clinic's TRICARE Service Center (475-7152 or 09641-83-7424) the next working day to ensure that TRICARE will cover the cost of your care. For 24-hour medical advice, call the toll-free Nurse Advice Line at 0800-825-1600.
