The Cardiology Clinic at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center offers comprehensive cardiovascular care for those 18 years and older. Our team of five board-certified cardiologists is able to provide expert consultation in all aspects of cardiac care: from prevention of heart disease to implantation of coronary stents. For heart disease prevention, we provide coronary calcium screening, a lipid clinic and lifestyle/nutrition education by our prevention team. We employ state-of-the-art diagnostic services utilizing the latest techniques in cardiac imaging, to include echocardiography, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI. Additionally, we utilize holter and event monitors as well as inserted loop recorders for arrhythmia diagnosis. Our invasive service offers diagnostic vascular imaging with percutaneous intervention (by use of balloon angioplasty and stents); these procedures take place in our accredited cardiac catheterization laboratory at LRMC. If cardiac or vascular surgery is indicated for your condition, we enjoy an excellent relationship with the world-class cardiothoracic surgeons at the University Clinic in Homburg.
To our referring providers: we welcome your referral and we are actively seeking out new patients. We have included clinical practice and referral guidelines for the most common cardiac disease states.

1. Angina Pectoris 2. Heart Block and Bradycardia 3. Heart Failure 4. Atrial Fibrillation 5. Supraventricular Tachycardia 6. Syncope 7. Valvular Heart Disease 8. Ventricular Arrhythmia
