Closed from 1130 -1230 for lunch
Closed Saturday, Sunday, EUCOM Training Holidays and all Federal Holidays


Services:

The Physical Therapy Department provides outpatient services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

We expertly treat all sport, joint, muscle, and ligament injuries.

Urgent Care is available on a space-available basis.

Access to care:

We are a self-referral clinic and are located at the Patch Fitness Center. Care is available either by direct access or referral from a Primary Care Manager.

You may also self refer for an appointment.

Please arrive dressed in gym attire.
